How long does it take to install?

The machines can be installed in 15 minutes, all we need to do is schedule a time for a team member to visit the location, conenct the machine to wifi and check that it's working.

What happens if a customer takes a charger home?

The customer is charged a fee and the charger will be replaced the next day by a team member.

How does the rental system work?

Rental rates are displayed on the screen and customers can tap to pay with their card. After payment, one of the chargers pops up and the customers can take it and start charging their device. Once they are done, they can return the charger by slotting in back in to one of the slots and they're finished!

Will my staff and I need to do anything?

Nope! The machine works perfectly well by itself, and a team member will visit for a checkup once a month to clean and do any other required maintenance on the machine

Is the machine big?

The machine is about the size of a large football and fits 6 charging banks to be rented
